According to the National Coffee Association approximately 83% of Americans drink coffee with nearly 587 million cups consumed each year! Coffee is a product that most households purchase every week, so it is an easy sell and widely applicable product for fundraising.
We offer our delicious specialty fresh-roasted coffees, roasted upon receipt of order for maximum freshness. We also offer our signature sipping cocoa to appeal to the 17% who don’t contribute to the coffee stats above.
Our fundraising program is easy, profitable, and fun for organizations of all sizes to reach and exceed their fundraising goals.

No Minimums: No minimum order requirements. We are happy to work with organizations of all sizes.
No Upfront Payment: You pay only for the product you sell AFTER you have collected payment from customers. No payment upfront required.
Fresh and Fast: Because we are a micro-roastery, we roast all coffees fresh AFTER receiving orders. You won’t see bags of outdated coffee lying around our roastery. We believe in providing a product at its maximum freshness.
Once we receive your payment for your order at the close of the fundraising period, we begin the roasting and packaging process. Products are delivered in less than two-weeks after the cumulative order is received; much faster than many other fundraising products.
Profit, profit, profit!: As a fundraising organization, you receive our special pricing on our products; thus you making YOU more money!

How it works:
Step 1. Contact us at info@purposeroasters.com to get your fundraiser order forms and item flyers.
Step 2. Let us know the approximate start and end dates of your fundraiser (we recommend running a fundraiser for one - two weeks), and how many participants you have.
Step 3. Distribute forms and let the fundraising begin! (Go door to door! Fundraise at events! Call your relatives!)
Step 4. Collect all order forms and payments from participants and submit to your fundraiser manager.
Step 5. Have your manager submit all of your orders as one single order using the form below. So simple!
Step 6. This is where we do our part and roast your orders fresh. We will ship or deliver to you within two weeks or less!
